First, Kelley is extremely responsive. Us travelers are up late on weekends or early on a Sunday planning our next trips. When I email Kelley at random non-business hours, I do not expect a response, but she always responds very quickly. Secondly, I thought I already had a great price on my RCCL Allure of the Seas cruise, but I received an email several months after booking from Kelley telling me one of my connecting cabins went down in price by OVER $1200!! She automatically adjusted the price and let me know. It's not often someone sends you an email, basically handing you $1200+. Kelley has a client for life, and I refer her to everyone I know. When a sale was released by Disney, Kathy upgraded our room at Port Orleans Riverside immediately! She then let us know that for an additional $500 we would be able to upgrade to Animal Kingdom Lodge - the resort we had dreamed of trying! She requested a bunk bed room for us - our only request. When we arrived at AKL, we were given a bunk bed room overlooking the Savanna! This was the second trip that Kathy helped us book. The first was with my entire family - 11 people in 4 rooms.
